Thanks for visiting my little corner of the web, it’s wonderful having you here!

In case you are considering purchasing something from my shop *can I say YAY?? You rock!*, I’ve listed the most relevant details and have hopefully answered most of your questions below.

The products listed in my shop are divided into four main categories:
* Art Prints: I use a drop shipping company in the UK, which uses Giclée printing. This printing method gives you the brightest, long-lasting colors and consistent texture: you almost wouldn’t know the difference between the print and the original!
* Apparel: If not under the category "Handmade” these will run as limited time campaigns over at Print Social, so you better be fast or you won’t be able to get one!
* Original Art, Signed Books and Handmade Items: These are made, signed, lovingly packaged and placed into the mail by me.
* Digital Goods: Created by me and downloadable directly from my website.


First of all, let me tell you that so far *knock on wood*, there haven’t been any problems getting your beautiful items delivered to you! And second, I am sorry to say that due to the expensive costs of production and mailing, I cannot currently offer returns or refunds (I’m a teeny tiny business consisting of me alone), but I do everything in my power to track your order and get it to you, I pinky promise you!


Below you can find more information of how I can help regarding any issue that may arise with returns or damaged items.

Shipping.

Please choose your items carefully, be sure to read product descriptions in full and check your address *twice* before placing your order.

 

Art Prints

All prints are printed on demand, and are shipped out within 4 business days. If you purchase other items in the shop, these will be sent out separately. If a delay should happen just drop me a line and I will get in touch with the printers.

Average shipping times to expect:

  • Europe: 5-7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7-12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Handmade Items

Please choose your items carefully and be sure to read product descriptions in full before placing your order.

Standard Mail is shipped out as simple letter, but for Priority Mail you will be getting a tracking number. All your goodies will be shipped through Austrian Mail unless you wish it to be otherwise, in which case you can get in touch with me!


Average shipping times to expect:

  • Europe: 5-7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7-12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Digital Goods

After you purchase a digital product, you will receive a download link. To prevent theft this link can only be used once. If you should have any issues with the download, don’t hesitate to get in touch forwarding your receipt.

A Note on International Shipping

Please consider that some international shipments may incur into custom fees and that I cannot cover those fees. The final fee will be calculated on arrival in your country, so if you live in a country where this is standard practice, be prepared for that extra cost.

My Order never arrived!

Oh no! I know this is the worst, especially if you’ve been happily anticipating your package ever since you placed the order! If an item is taking longer than it should in the mail, or you think it may be lost, please do not hesitate to contact me. I’ll do everything I can to track your item down. Unforeseen delays that are out of my control can occur during delivery, so please allow an additional 7 days before checking up on your package. I will be doing my best to make sure everything gets to you on time!

Returns policy.

 

Art Prints

You’ve received your print and it’s damaged? I’d be equally bummed if I were you, so please let me know if that’s been the case and include a picture. I’ll let the printers know what’s happened and we’ll get you a replacement for your damaged order.

Handmade Items

There are no refunds nor returns for any handmade items, please understand that this is a one person small business. I don’t have storage or inventory to exchange an item, so please double check product details before ordering to make sure it’s what you wanted and it’s in the correct size or color.

Still, if you have any issue with your order please contact me, I’ll see what I can do about it. My aim is to see you happy and enjoying your purchase from my shop, so I will do what is within my power to do so :).

Digital Goods

There are no refunds nor exchanges for digital goods.

Every time you purchase from my online store, you’re contributing to an environmental cause or a wildlife preservation project. As of this year, I’ve pledged to donate 1% of my income for the planet and so far we’ve donated money to help animals who’ve survived the Australian bushfires by ongoing donations, as well as jungle preservation programs in the Peruvian Amazon.

I make sure that my products are fairly produced and cause the least possible impact on our planet.
